Board Meeting

The SWP Board will meet Saturday, March 20 at Georgetown Library to set dates for association events and discuss association business. This is a meeting of the board and not an association wide meeting. If any resident has a concern that generally affects the community and should be brought to the board's attention, please contact the President and have the issue added to the agenda.

How much are dues?
Annual dues are $97. Liens are filed when residents are 2 years or more behind in payment.
What do my dues pay for?
Your dues pay for snow removal and maintenance of common areas (structures and mowing), property taxes for those areas, lighting/ maintenance of entrance sign, storage for association materials, and replacement or painting of street signs. When we have available funds, we typically offer Dirt Day. We pay for the advertising of an annual garage sale. Other associations in our area have dues between $150 and $620. Our dues cost only $97.00 per year, billed and payable in October of each year. Our volunteer association board works hard to keep your dues low and take care of necessary things.

Residents are obviously responsible for the maintenance and care of their own homes and property.
